What if I go over my plan’s limits?
Awesome! That means your rent roll is growing! We’ll notify you as you approach the limit of your current plan and, if you need to add more properties above the limit, you can select a higher plan.
Is there an annual plan?
Not at this time but it is something we are considering for the future.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Please contact our sales team to arrange a fully functional trial account.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept most credit cards and debit cards. We do not yet offer direct debit payments from a bank account.
Can I change my plan?
Absolutely. You can switch between Basic, Standard and Premium, and change your plan up or down, at any point without penalty.
What happens if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your plan at any time and your ability to add or change data within PropertyMe will end after your current billing cycle. However you will still have read-only access to look up data or generate reports after you cancel.
Can I integrate with other apps?
While we pride ourselves on helping you reduce add-ons, we understand that different businesses have different needs. That’s why we integrate with apps like Xero and REI Forms, amongst many others. Check out our Integrations page to see all the apps we connect with.
What training options do I have?
With PropertyMe, you get unlimited support and live online training. Get the answers you need quickly via our Knowledge Base, book a call back or contact one of our Partners for on-site training.
Do you offer any data services?
Yes, we offer data services including assistance with portfolio mergers, acquisitions and trust account changes. If you need any of these services a data service fee will apply. Please contact for more information.
What currencies are accepted?
If you are an Australian, US or UK business and you select the appropriate region your subscription will be charged in your currency.
