We’d be sad to see you go, but if you stop using PropertyMe, we’ll give you free read-only access to your data in case you need it.
Your PropertyMe portfolio is a complex system with multiple databases and interrelationships, so attempting to export all your data into a file would result in something that is convoluted and redundant.
Instead, if you decide to cancel your subscription, we provide you with free ongoing access to your portfolio forever. You just won’t be able to add any new data to the portfolio. If you still want to export your PropertyMe data data, our custom reports allow you to export your data at any time.
The conversion process is typically more than simply moving data and there is no universal file format that allows you to export from one provider to another. It’s necessarily complex to ensure top-level security and often requires decisions around account creation and mapping, consolidation, data cleansing and more.
