Although Rent Roll Maximiser is a relatively new entity, the parent Company – MAP Real Estate has been around since 2003 and had operated as a traditional independent boutique real estate agency until 2015 when I sold the Rent Roll and established a Specific Real Estate Consulting & Training business – called Rent Roll Maximiser.
