PropertyMe Chat is an integrated instant messaging tool built into PropertyMe’s Unified Inbox that allows Property Managers, landlords and tenants to communicate directly and seamlessly without leaving the platform.
Is PropertyMe Chat free to use?
Yes! PropertyMe Chat is free, unlimited and instant. There are no additional fees for using the chat function and it is available for all subscription levels, including Basic.
Who can use PropertyMe Chat?
Property Managers, property owners (landlords) and tenants can all use Chat. Owners and tenants can message directly through the PropertyMe app.
Does Chat require a separate login or subscription?
No, owners and tenants do not need separate logins or subscriptions beyond what they already have. Chat is fully integrated into their PropertyMe experience.
Can I download a message thread?
Property Managers can download a full message thread at any time. Simply open the conversation, select “Generate report”. This makes it easy to keep records, share updates with your team or store communication history for compliance purposes.
On what devices or platforms does Chat work?
Chat works across web (desktop) and mobile (via the PropertyMe app), so you can stay connected from wherever you are.
Can I send messages to multiple contacts at once?
Yes, you can broadcast messages to multiple contacts simultaneously, which is useful for announcements, updates or urgent information.
Are messages linked to properties or contacts?
