- Provide online support, responding to your questions via our ticketing system. This is one on one with you or your team member
- Determine the best advice based on the description you give us along with what we see via the support login
- Supply ‘how to’ videos in our PropertyMe app and sometimes make recommendations on the ones we think would be helpful to you
- Create knowledge base articles and mini training manuals to help you with what you need, when you need it
- Pre-arranged classes for you and your team (these online classes are via live webinars).
